- Primary REALTOR Membership - Zoom Group Appointment
- Primary Membership for Real Estate or Property Management licensees. This is the only option if you are not CURRENTLY a member of another association.
- Primary REALTOR Membership - In Person Group Appointment
- Primary Membership for Real Estate or Property Management licensees. This is the only option if you are not CURRENTLY a member of another association.
- Secondary REALTOR Membership - Zoom Group Appointment
- You must CURRENTLY be a member of another association; you want to join as a secondary member of CCAR and have MLS access. Membership for Real Estate or Property Management licensees
- MLS ONLY Membership - Zoom Group Appointment
- You must CURRENTLY be a member of another association and ONLY want to have MLS access to CCMLS (no secondary association membership). Membership for Real Estate or Property Management licensees.
- Appraiser Membership - Zoom Group Appointment
- Membership for Appraiser licensees.
- Affiliate Membership - Zoom Group Appointment
- Affiliate Members are individuals or firms which, while not licensed to sell or appraise real estate, have an interest in acquiring information concerning real estate, provide services in the real estate industry, and who support the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®.
